5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
5.1 What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, understand how you use their pages, and deliver relevant advertising. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device for a set period).
5.2 Types of Cookies We Use
Strictly Necessary Cookies
- These cookies are essential for our Sites to function properly and cannot be disabled. They enable core features such as secure login, account access, and checkout processing.
Performance and Analytics Cookies
- These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our Sites by collecting anonymous usage data. We use this information to improve site performance and content.
Functional Cookies
- These cookies allow our Sites to remember your preferences and settings to provide a more personalized experience.
Advertising and Targeting Cookies
- These cookies are used to deliver relevant advertising to you based on your interests and browsing behavior. They enable retargeting campaigns that may show our ads to you on other websites and platforms after you have visited our Sites.
5.3 Specific Tracking Tools We Use
Google Analytics
- We use Google Analytics to collect and analyze data about how visitors use our Sites. Google Analytics uses cookies to track user interactions and compiles reports on website activity. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel
- We use the Meta Pixel on our Sites to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, build custom audiences for retargeting, and track conversions. You can learn more about Meta's data practices and opt out of interest-based advertising through your Facebook account settings or at aboutads.info/choices.
GoHighLevel Tracking
- Our Sites are powered by GoHighLevel, which uses cookies and tracking technologies to monitor funnel performance, user sessions, and form submissions. This data is used to optimize our marketing automation and follow-up sequences.
5.4 Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified when a new cookie is placed. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our Sites.
For EU visitors, we recommend using a cookie consent management platform such as CookieYes (cookieyes.com), Termly (termly.io), or Cookiebot (cookiebot.com) to manage your preferences.
5.5 Do Not Track
Some browsers include a Do Not Track (DNT) feature that signals websites not to track your browsing activity. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to DNT signals, our Sites do not currently alter their data collection practices in response to DNT browser settings. You may use the opt-out mechanisms described in this section to limit certain types of tracking.
6. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
If you provide us with your email address, Danna and Marla may send you marketing emails, newsletters, and promotional communications approximately once per week. We may also send transactional emails related to your purchases, account activity, or service updates.
All marketing emails will include a clear and easy way to unsubscribe. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email or by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you transactional or service-related emails necessary to fulfill your purchases or provide your services.
We use GoHighLevel to manage our email campaigns and automations. Your email address and related contact information may be stored and processed within the GoHighLevel platform in accordance with their privacy practices.
7. PAYMENT PROCESSING
We accept payments through Stripe, a third-party payment processing service. When you make a purchase through our Sites, your payment information — including credit card numbers and billing details — is collected and processed directly by Stripe. Unstoppable Coaching LLC does not store your full payment card information on our servers.
Stripe's collection and use of your payment information is governed by their own privacy policy, which you can review at stripe.com/privacy. Stripe is a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, meaning your payment data is handled in accordance with industry security standards.
We may retain certain non-sensitive transaction information such as purchase amounts, dates, and product descriptions for our business records and accounting purposes.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We work with trusted third-party companies and individuals to help us operate our business, provide our services, and deliver our Sites. These service providers are given access to your personal information only as necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to protect your information and not use it for any other purpose.
Our current service providers include:
GoHighLevel — CRM, marketing automation, email, funnels, and membership platform
Stripe — Payment processing and transaction management
Google — Website analytics (Google Analytics)
Meta Platforms, Inc. — Advertising and audience tracking (Facebook/Instagram Pixel)
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
9. PHONE COMMUNICATIONS
If you provide your phone number through one of our forms or opt-in pages, a member of our team may contact you by phone for sales inquiries, coaching consultations, or follow-up conversations related to our services. We do not use automated dialing systems for outbound calls. You may request to be removed from our outbound call list at any time by notifying us at [email protected].
10. REMARKETING AND TARGETED ADVERTISING

12. DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
